Mini storage requires no long-term rental contracts. Customers receive an individual access code and are provided with their own padlock to secure their storage space. Only the customer keeps the key to the padlock. Storage spaces may be accessed at any time during opening hours at no extra fee and no need to call ahead.
How long are Mini storage Leases?
Using Mini self-storage requires almost no commitment. In most cases, you can lease a unit on the first visit for as little as a month, after which you can terminate the lease at any time by providing 7-days notice. Rent payments are monthly and are payable by cash, cheque, MasterCard, Visa .
